We are looking for an enthusiastic & experienced Telemarketing Executives to generate business and assist other in-house marketing teams in the business development process. You will handle both inbound as well as outbound sales by answering all incoming sales calls and making direct sales calls to prospective customers. You will play a very crucial role in our marketing and business development process as a single point of contact between customer and company for all pre-sales related activities. Your role will include all pre-sales tasks including lead generation, sending proposals and every other possible task required for a smooth business deal with a client.
You will proactively work on client database that is regularly updated with inbound leads and new prospects, Update client data and client requirements from time to time, update all call logs and lead status, understand your performance targets and work towards achieving them with daily milestones, prepare and submit your daily task reports and discuss all aspects of your work and performance with your supervisors regularly. You should have very good knowledge of working in any Crm software and have excellent working experience in Work Sheets and Documents. You should be fluent in English language and have a very soft voice tone for pleasant communication with the client and have excellent telephone etiquette.
