We are looking for a responsible and experienced Project Coordinator to organize all types of client projects and administer relevant activities from day to day tasks to more complex long term project plans. You will be working closely with Project Manager and Project Team members to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, time-frames and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling all queries. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent time management skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork skills and verbal as well as written communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, your duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
