We are looking for HR & Admin interns to join our team and support the day-to-day administrative operations of our HR department. You will be required to be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries from new/existing employees and external partners. To be successful in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, interpersonal communication skills, time management and be familiar with HR rules and regulations. Your responsibilities will include updating employee records with the required information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews for new prospective candidates. Ultimately, you will assist in organizing and coordinating in our entire HR process.
Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting in the recruitment process which includes; candidate research, interview scheduling, sending offers and appointment letters to candidates, maintaining all personnel records, managing all documents, on-boarding new employees, updating company HR policies and assisting in resolving any employee issues, maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, Updating internal HR databases with new hire information, creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies, gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days, salary calculations and processing, publish and update recruitment advertisements, schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed, ensure legal compliance for HR practices, participate in HR projects, organize employee engagement projects like extracurricular activities for team building, recreation, festival celebrations, participate in employee evaluations and performance reviews and others.
It is 5 days a week work from office internship and you will be eligible for internship stipend, commissions on achieving revenue target, Internship Certificate and Letter of Recommendation on successful completion of your internship tenure of minimum 2 months.
