We are looking for an Online Reputation Management Specialist to aid in building and maintaining the organization’s reputation of the company and its customers. You will also study and improve how it’s brands are perceived by people. You will be responsible to maintain public relations and social media engagements with the help of media monitoring across the internet.
The utmost role and responsibility as an experienced online reputation management specialist will be to create and maintain a positive & favorable brand image of our & our customer’s company, products & services. You will improve how our / our customer brands are engaging with the audience. You will also handle what will go out in the media and how to handle negative publicity in the event of any issues and regularly review the feedback/review websites where people share reviews & feedback about their experience. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to monitoring existing data regarding the company, clients, products & services, monitoring & verifying freshly published information, positive content creation that aims at enhancing online reputation, developing crisis prevention strategy in case a crisis occurs along the way, data analysis and regular reporting, correcting previous mistakes in your online communication, managing all relevant social media accounts.
